Your device could not be sending any data through for a number of reasons.

This is what a device that isn't sending any data will look like
To get the device up and running, generally the best method forward is to reset the ubi device.
To reset your device please follow the steps below;
- Locate your switchboard.*
- Find the switch labeled "Ubi"
- Flip the switch into the "off" position
- Wait 10-15 seconds
- Flip the device into the on position
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Check if your device is online.
*sometimes the Ubi's fuse is located somewhere other than your main switchboard.
Generally this will get the device up and running. If it doesn't, we will have to organise a site visit to get a technician out there to have a closer look.
