If your device is exporting, but doesn't show any solar being imported. It likely means there's a problem with your solar inverter.
Sometimes resetting the ubi device can fix this problem.
To reset your device please follow the steps below;
- Local your switchboard.
- Find the switch labeled "Ubi"
- Flip the switch into the "off" position
- Wait 10-15 seconds
- Flip the device into the on position
- Wait 10-15 minutes
- Check if your device is online.
If the above steps don't work. Please follow the reset instruction printed on the front of your solar inverter.
